The Patan Multiple Campus, a constituent campus of Tribhuvan University at Patan Dhoka, Lalitpur started 4 years semester system Bachelor in Information Technology (BIT) program from academic year 2076 BS.
BIT program affiliated to Tribhuvan University (TU) is a four year Bachelor Degree program conducted over 8 semesters. Students gradually pass out one semester and are promoted to the next semester after qualifying exam at each semester. The program was launched by TU to generate IT graduates so that they can fulfill the overwhelming demand of IT professionals both within the country and worldwide.

Patan Multiple campus is the first campus of Tribhuvan University who successfully lead the  computer science courses from the year 2054 BS and has now become the first choice for the study of computer courses.

Patan Multiple Campus started BIT Program from academic year 2076. The main objective of BIT program is to provide students intensive knowledge and skill to design, develop and use information technology in different areas. It is envisaged that graduate of this program will be equipped with necessary knowledge of Information Technology to compete in this global world. Will have opportunity in the field of software development, information security, database administration, network and system administration, and in all the sectors that develop and/or use Information Technology.

त्रि.वि. वा यसवाट मान्यता प्राप्त संस्थावाट प्रविणता प्रमाण पत्र तह वा सो सरहको परीक्षामा जुनसुकै संकायबाट अंग्रेजी र गणित विषय लिई कम्तिमा दोश्रो श्रेणीमा उतिर्ण गरेको हुनु पर्ने ।माध्यमिक विधालयको जुनसुकै धारबाट कक्षा ११ र १२ कक्षामा अंग्रेजी र न्युनतम एक पेपर गणित विषय लिई ति विषयहरुमा कम्तिमा C Grade र अन्य विषयहरुमा GPA 1.6 प्राप्त गरी उत्तीर्ण गरेको र अन्तिम ग्रेड CGPA 1.8 प्राप्त गरी उत्तीर्ण हुनु पर्ने ।
A Level को परीक्षामा अंग्रजी र गणित विषयमा न्युनतम D Grade(with or without small letter) ल्याई उत्तीर्ण गरेको हुनुपर्ने । CTEVT बाट Three years Diploma उत्तिर्ण गरेका विध्यार्थिहरुको हकमा अंग्रेजी र गणित विषय न्युनतम १००/१०० पूर्णाङ्कको लिई कम्तिमा दोश्रो श्रेणीमा उत्तीर्ण गरेको हुनु पर्ने ।
Shift (Class time): Day Shift (10:00 AM to 4:00 PM)
Total Fee: Rs. 3,75,000 /- (Excluding Exam Fee) for complete program. First semester Rs95,000 and rest all 7 semesters Rs40,000
Admission Procedure: Successful students in entrance examination shall be admitted on merit basis. Campus Administration will announce the admission date.
