Patan Multiple Campus

Being one of "A" listed Public Campus of Tribhuvan University, Patan Dhoka, Lalitpur, the Patan Multiple Campus was formally established on Sept 2, 1954 (17th Bhadra, 2011 B.S.) named as "Patan Inter College". It had a beautiful story of its establishment. Realizing the need of the Campus for higher education instead of going Patan and Calcutta, India,  many so called educationalists and social activists tirelessly dicussed and prepared for its establishment in Patan Dhoka. It began informally and voluntarily. The classes were run and manged by Prof. Mangala Raj Joshi, Prof. Asharam Shakya, Mr. Kamal Mani Dixit, Prof. Hem Raj Joshi, Mr. Indra Raj Mishra, Mr. Pradhuman Lal Joshi and Mr. Bhairab Bahadur Pradhan. The oldest Campus  was inaugurated by his Majesty Mahendra Bir Bikram Shah, the then crown prince on Sept 15, 1964(Bhadra 31,2021 B.S.).

Patan Multiple Campus is the only constituent campus of T.U in Lalitpur district, the second largest city in the valley. It was formally founded on 17th Bhadra, 2011 B.S, and it was then named as "Patan Inter College".  The college was inaugurated by the then crown prince His Majesty Mahendra Bir Bikram Shah on Bhadra 31, 2021 BS.
